Hello everybody! Today we are sharing with you a little behind the scenes footage from our AW15 collection photoshoot. Back in November last year we headed to Athelhampton House in Dorchester, UK, to shoot our fabulous new items on Miss Betsy Rose. Betty took her camera along to capture some of the atmosphere and chaos behind the glossy images for our new campaign. Over to Betty to talk us through it.
“I must confess that I am not the best of photographers, and please don’t look on our video as a professional one. I took along my humble Fujifilm digital camera to try and let you all in on what actually goes on behind the scenes when producing the look and feel for our collection campaigns………………..except I got very distracted by a certain little furry diva who stole the show. So I made a little video that is sort of behind the scenes, but mostly about Frieda’s Exciting Day Out!

Frieda totally stole the show, but I think we must acknowledge that both the photographer, Mat, the HAMUA, Kelly, and indeed Miss Betsy Rose our fabulous model, all did a sterling job too. Below I have made a gallery of all the BTS photos I took that day.
I hope this gives you all a little insight into the luxury loungewear photoshoot world. The luxurious surroundings of Athelhampton House certainly helped to show off our retro luxe robes and pyjamas to their full. It is just the location I can imagine our customers reclining elegantly whilst supping pink champers. The beautiful items that Miss Betsy Rose is modelling will be available very soon on our website so stay tuned for updates this September. We are also working on a new look website that will hopefully show off our AW15 campaign to it’s best. So lots of exciting things are happening at Blue’s HQ at the moment.
