Hello all! The response to my last blog post has been fantastic so far, so thank you for all your help! Talking of offers, there are two very special Birthday’s happening this very day.
Firstly it is my little sausage dogs 4th Birthday! For those of you new to my blog/brand/website, I have two miniature sausage dogs whom I love very much. This is them the day that I took them home and they came into my life.
Baby Puppies
Look how little and squishy they were! And both fitted into one tiny dog bed. They are brother and sister by the way. The silvery spotty one is Frank (Frankfurter of course) and the black and tan is little Tessie. And here is a proud mummy picture of me cuddling them to sleep.
I had forgotten how short their sausage noses were!
Cuddles are still their favourite thing to do. I got my doggies four years ago when I was in my last year of Uni. They got me through the tough weeks knowing I could go home at the weekends to see them and have puppy cuddles. Four years later and they still love a good cuddle. This is them nowadays all grown up!

They are still devoted to each other and can regularly be caught cuddling up together. The next picture is my handsome Frank.

If you actually look closely at this picture he has a hole punch hole stuck to his nose. Here was me looking through my phone for lovely pictures of my boy, and I thought I had a nicely posed one only to find on closer inspection that it was taken because I was laughing at him! Poor Frank! But it’s a cute picture none the less. And in the spirit of silly pictures, instead of a pretty posed one of my Tess, here is a silly one…….she looks like a Vampire!!
Snaggle tooth!
Poor little Tess hasn’t weathered the years as well as Frank, she is starting to go grey around her muzzle. She’s a lot more nervous than Frank so we think that adds to her grey hairs. She’s still beautiful in my eyes though. I love my sausage dogs dearly and they have added to my life immensely. Whenever I’m sad or feeling blue they are always there for a cuddle.
The second Birthday I must confess nearly went by without me noticing as I have been so busy recently. It is in fact Betty Blue’s Loungerie’s 2nd Birthday! Shocking!!!! This time two years ago was my official launch at the Goodwood Revival.

This is me two years ago at the launch. I have to say I am glad I am not there this year as the weather has been horrid over this weekend!
A lot has changed over the last two years. I have learnt a lot, cried a lot, laughed a lot and achieved a lot. I have won an award (oooo get me!), grown a small stockist list, grown a loyal customer base and brought out lots of gorgeous loungerie items. I would be nowhere without my lovely customers, so thanks to you all – I appreciate all of your custom!!
