Firstly forgive me for not releasing this product on 1st September as usually Autumn/Winter collections are. But I think you will see from the product pictures why I have waited until now. You see when the weather was nice and warm and sunny I just couldn’t face them.
I first picked these beauties up in the middle of the heat wave us Brits experienced back in May/June/July time. You may have seen my sneaky picture of my little car all full up as a little teaser. Full to the rafters it was!
Just looking at them made me break into a sweat. But what is this warm as warm can be product?! Well let me introduce you to the Fleece Bettie Robe.
I like to think as this, my first of two fluffy robes this season, as my Pièce de résistance. If I was Van Gogh, this would be my Sunflowers. If I was Coco Chanel, this would be no. 5. If I was Dita Von Teese, this would be my martini glass act. Ok so that may be a little over the top those last few sentences, but this robe is what Betty Blue’s Loungerie is all about. High octane glamour, yet warm, comfortable and practical.
Taking the idea of comfortable, snugly lounging garments, the Bettie Robe has been given the perfect spin with the use of fleece fabric this Autumn/Winter. It is the same shape as the Peach Satin and Original Bettie Robe’s – but 100% warmer! So for those of you in snowy climates – or rainy old Britain – you are in luck. You can now lounge in perfect comfort, warmth and most importantly G.L.A.M.O.U.R! The bright red polka dot fabric will cheer up your winter and make you feel utterly irresistible in that classic retro polka dot pattern.
Again, it is just the same as the Peach Bettie Robe, in that it is a wrap around, full length style robe with full sleeves. Perfect for Christmas brunch or cocktails!
I would go far as to say this robe will reduce your heating bills this winter. And if it doesn’t then you need to go to the doctors as there is something very wrong with your circulatory system. I first made the sample for this robe back in November last year. As soon as I had put it on, I pretty much didn’t take it off again until spring. In fact it was so warm, sometimes I even overheated in it. I had to wash the sample before sending it to my factory for production; I had worn it THAT much!! The cost of this heating bill buster? A mere £220. I think you’ll find that if you average the cost over the years it will last you, and deduct the £££’s it will reduce your heating bills by, it works out at a pretty bargainous price! Not to mention you will look and feel absolutely amazing whilst keeping toasty warm.

Hope you like it, would love to hear your thoughts. Lots of Love.
