And so the end is near. Well for this season anyway, this is the last addition to the A/W 2014 Betty Bridal collection. It is of course the Bettie Robe, in glorious and luxurious silk satin.

The ultimate in 1940’s glamour is ivory silk satin, so for ‘Betty Bridal’ Autumn/Winter 2014/2015 range, the Bettie Robe has been crafted in a gloriously decadent ivory silk satin. It is a wrap around style so you can cinch it in for an hourglass figure, or let it out if you’ve eaten a little too much wedding cake ;). The sleeves are fabulously poufy, giving you the perfect 1940’s aesthetic. Slink around in style and elegance in this flattering and luxurious little delight! I cannot describe to you how fabulous this robe makes you feel; instant Hollywood Starlet status.

I think this one is my personal favourite. I’m sure those who have this robe but in different fabrics will understand what I mean when I say, as soon as you slip this on you feel a million dollars. The meters of fabric (nearly 5 whole meters!) swathe around your curves hugging your every limb softly. You are instantly transported to an era where women embraced their curves and flaunted them to grab the attention of the gentleman across a smoke filled bar. Can’t you just see yourself supping a dry martini in this, with a slick of red lippy and perfectly coiffed curls falling about your face………or maybe I’m just a romantic. I suppose I will leave you to be the judge of that when you get this delightfully feminine robe through the post.
Anyway I have at last a launch date for the Betty Bridal collection, Autumn/Winter 2014 collection AND new look website. Pop 26th September 2014, 6pm GMT in your diaries! That is when the websites will go live and you can finally order yourself some new lounge wear for this winter.
