It is that time of week again! Time for a new AW14 product and a feast of visual treats for your eyes, aka the product shots.
I hope that you found my last post about the production method of silk, and how magical silk is, enlightening. We are so far removed from the production end of things as a consumer that we sometimes forget why items cost so much, not everyone is trying to rip you off! Silk has a price tag according to its laborious production method. Anyway the next item is not made from silk as the Heather Bettie items are.

Want to be the ripest juiciest peach? This is the Peach Satin Bettie Nightgown. Yes siree, this gown is the same shape as the Heather Bettie Nightgown, but this time in a glorious stretch satin in a peachy keen shade. This is perfect for those who have the Peach Satin Bettie Robe or Peach Satin Bettie Pyjamas as it completes the set. It is a slightly different fabric to its AW13 counterparts, as we sourced an even more luxurious satin than before. It is a really high quality Italian satin from a company called Boselli. Many other luxury lingerie companies use this particular company for satin as it is such high quality (including our good friends over at Kiss Me Deadly).

The stretch in this satin makes this nightgown oh so comfortable to wear, especially at night time. The cut of the gown hugs to your every curve giving you an envious silhouette. For curves to kill, you need this nightgown in your life.
This is still a luxury item, as that is what we specialise in at BBL, but as it is not silk it won’t have quite the same price tag as the Heather Bettie Nightgown………so you won’t have to hide the receipt from your other half this time.
